  • Where is Koh Phi Phi located?
    Phi Phi is a group of 6 islands located in the Andaman Sea in Thailand, in between Krabi and Phuket. Only at Koh Phi Phi Don there are hotels, restaurants and bars. - Koh Phi Phi Don - Koh Phi Phi Leh - Koh Bida Nok - Koh Bida Nai - Koh Pai (Bamboo Island) - Koh Yung (Mosquito Island)
  • How do I get to Koh Phi Phi?
    Phi Phi Islands are located in the Andaman sea between Phuket and Krabi. There is no airport in Phi Phi and it is only possible to reach from certain places. Transport is possible from several destinations in the neighborhood of Phi Phi: Phuket - Ferry (2h) and Speedboat (1h) Krabi - Ferry (2h) and Speedboat (1h) Ao Nang/Railay - Ferry (2h) and Speedboat (1h) Koh Lanta - Ferry (1h20) and Speedboat (0.5h) Koh Lipe - Speedboat (4h) Koh Yao Yai - Speedboat (1.5h) Koh Yao Noi - Speedboat (1.5h) Book the cheapest transfers online by clicking at below button.
  • Do I need to stay overnight in Koh Phi Phi?
    All of our tours start and end in Koh Phi Phi. For all tours an overnight stay is needed on the island, either before or after the tour depending on the timing of the tour. This is due to the limited transfers going to and leaving Koh Phi Phi. Please check the transfer schedule before booking your tour. In case you have booked your hotel stays in Phuket or Krabi already, we also have the possibility of a day tour. This is basically a 4-hour private longtail tour in Koh Phi Phi, where we arrange all hotel and speedboat transfers for you. This is the only option that you can get a private longtail tour in Phi Phi without having to stay overnight. You can find the day tours at below button:
  • What tours do you have?

  • How many people are on a shared speedboat tour?
    Shared speedboat tours are with other people and will be maximum 45 people on our biggest speedboat. We will always choose the size of our speedboat according to the amount of people booked. If you prefer more privacy, we recommend to book a Private Longtail boat tour.
  • Are the tours safe?
    Yes, safety is our top priority. Our captains are experienced with many years of driving the boat in Koh Phi Phi. There are sufficient life jackets on every boat if you prefer to wear.
  • Are you visiting Maya Bay on all tours?
    Yes, all boat tours of the following categories are visiting Maya Bay: Shared Speedboat, Private Longtail boat and Day Tours to Koh Phi Phi. No. Please note that Maya Bay closes every year in August and September. This is a decision made by the national park and Thai government to preserve nature and marine life. In these months, some of our tours are not running. Some tours are also running in these months, but Maya Bay is skipped and we will stay longer at other spots.   • Is Maya Bay open all year?
    No. Please note that Maya Bay closes every year in August and September. This is a decision made by the national park and Thai government to preserve nature and marine life. In these months, some of our tours are not running. Some tours are also running in these months, but Maya Bay is skipped and we will stay longer at other spots.   • How can I book a tour?
    You can book a tour easily on our website. You select the date and timeslot that you want to do the tour and you pay online to reserve the seats. The calendar of every tour is up-to-date, and your booking is automatically confirmed once the payment has been done. All of our tours are mostly fully booked every day of the year. Full prepayment is needed in order to reserve your seats.
  • Can I pay cash to book the tour?
    No, this is not possible. Only orders that have been paid online can be confirmed. If your tour does not include national park fee, this needs to be paid in cash on the day of the tour at Maya Bay.
  • What if it is bad weather on the day of the tour?
    The weather apps are never correct in Thailand and especially in Phi Phi because of its island climate. We unfortunately don't know before if it will rain or not. If the weather and sea conditions are safe, the tour is guaranteed to happen. This means that the tour will also happen when it is raining or cloudy. The chances are big that the sky will clear up soon and you will enjoy a sunny day. The itinerary can change due to the weather and sea conditions and is out of our control. No refund is possible if we decide that it is safe to go out. If the weather and sea conditions are determined unsafe by us, we will offer you to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
  • I made a mistake booking, can I get a full refund?
    If you made a booking that was a mistake, or booked tour that requires us to contact us to check availability before booking, we can provide a refund except for the payment and handling fees, meaning that 90% can be refunded. We can refund the full amount minus the payment fees if you contact us within 1 hour after booking.
  • My plans have changed, can I reschedule my tour?
    You can reschedule your tour on our website if the request is done more than 24 hours before the tour. The only tours for which you cannot reschedule are the ones with limited availability: - VIP Private Longtail - Luxury Private Longtail - Private Speedboat
  • My plans have changed, can I get a refund?
    Please find below our cancelation policy: More than 24 hours before the tour starting time = 80% refund Less than 24 hours before the tour starting time = 0% refund
