Maya Bay

• Maya Bay will close every year in August and September due to nature preservation. We will spend longer at other spots for tours during this period.

Tours

• Most of the tours published on discoverphiphi.com start at Phi Phi and end in Phi Phi. Own transport needs to be arranged to get to the island, no hotel pickup is possible from Phuket/Krabi. Overnight stay is needed for some tours as last transport is leaving Phi Phi around 3PM depending on where you want to go after. Please do your own research if you are able to make this tour. Once your booking has been made, your seats are automatically booked and paid for and cannot be refunded. (This is not applicable for all Day Tours to Phi Phi, as we include all the transfer tickets)

• If you made a booking that was a mistake, or booked tour that requires us to contact us to check availability before booking, we can provide a full refund except for the payment fees. We can refund the full amount minus the payment fees if you contact us within 1 hour after booking.

• Tour schedule might differ due to weather, wind and sea conditions.

• Shared speedboat tours are with other people and will be maximum 45 people on our biggest speedboat. We will always choose the size of our speedboat according to the amount of people booked.

• In case the weather condition is cloudy or little rain, and the tour is still running, if you cannot reschedule your tour, we are not able to process a refund.

• In case the weather condition is not good enough for the tour to happen, we will give you the chance to reschedule to a different date or a 100% refund.

• Rescheduling your booked tour to a different date is free of charge and possible when done 24 hours before the start.

• In case you want to cancel your booked tour, a 50% refund can be provided up until 48 hours before the start. No refund will be given if the cancelation request is received within 48 hours before the start.

• Discover Phi Phi cannot be held responsible for any accidents happening during any of our tours. Contact us in those cases and we will direct you to the company that organizes the tour. The process will go through that company's insurance.

• The Andaman Sea is rough and can have big waves. Not recommended for pregnant women and kids.

• Please keep a safe distance from the monkeys, as they can be aggressive. A bite can result in a trip to the hospital with several rabies shots.

• While monkey sightings are highly likely, they cannot be guaranteed. Blacktip reef sharks can also be difficult to spot.

• We only use local Thai captains for our private longtail tours. They did not learn English in school and dedicated their lives to being boatmen. They will be able to understand and talk basic English. Please be patient with them and understand that English is not their first language. They will be patient from their side and help you with a big Thai smile! :)

• Tours are not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, or mobility impaired people.

• In case of no-show, it is not possible to provide any refund or reschedule.

Ferry & Speedboat

• Timing might be subject to change. You will be notified via email about this and get the option to pick another ferry in case this is necessary.

• Rescheduling to a different date is possible and free of charge when request has been done 48 hours before departure.

• When request to change is done in less than 48 hours before departure, the change will not be accepted and no refund can be given.

• In case you want to cancel more than 30 days before your ferry departure, a 50% refund will be given.

• In case you want to cancel in less than 30 days before your ferry departure, no refund will be given.
